Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Cabot Circus, Bristol is looking for a Supervisor on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role is 15 hours per week at £14 per hour, on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues and help customers find the right wellness products. You will support the Store Manager, drive commercial performance, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting health and wellness guidance.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.

• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
