Anglian Water is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to transport waste products between operational sites and work with logistics teams to ensure safety and efficiency. You will adhere to strict safety standards and be prepared for early starts and long 12-hour shifts in a rotating 3-week pattern.

Typical duties include covering shifts, driving multiple vehicle types, and complying with health checks and safety protocols as part of our essential service commitment.

Qualifications

• Fully completed CPC required.
• Valid Class 1 LGV Licence (Manual) (C+E) required.
• Proven LGV driving experience.
• Ability to work at height and pass occupational health checks.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites.

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites
• Work closely with central logistics teams and site managers
• Ensure compliance with Anglian Water's safety and operational standards
• Maintain three points of contact when working at height (e.g. on ladders)
  Valid Class 1 LGV Licence ( Manual ) (C+E)
• Fully completed CPC
• Proven LGV driving experience, ideally in a similar industry
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to work at height and pass occupational health checks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to meet the demands of an essential service
  Start times between 4am and 5am | Average 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis with a set shift pattern over a 3-week period.

As an Anglian Water Flexible Driver you will also be required to help cover other shifts and drive a variety of vehicles (some may be at short notice) for which you will be paid a generous monthly allowance for: Safety First: Safer Every Day is our new unifying approach to Health, safety and Wellbeing across Anglian Water and our Alliance Partners. The approach is underpinned by our core values. As part of our commitment to safety and performance, this role is subject to drug and alcohol testing. Candidates must be willing to undergo testing prior to employment and may be subject to random testing throughout their time with us. A routine driver assessment will also be required before starting.
