Job summary

STEF Langdons is seeking an LGV Driver to join our busy UK and Ireland deliveries team. You’ll make deliveries and collections, visit various customers and locations each day, and represent STEF Langdons professionally.

You’ll drive safely, complete vehicle checks, load/unload, perform temperature checks and ensure delivery paperwork is accurate. A valid LGV Cat C+E licence, CPC and Tachograph Card are essential, with flexible, independent work and strong time management.

Qualifications

• LGV Cat C+E licence is required.
• In-date CPC and Tachograph Card required.
• Knowledge of driver, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Flexible, reliable approach with a commitment to safe working.

Responsibilities

• Drive, deliver and collect goods across customer locations.
• Perform vehicle checks and loading/unloading duties.
• Carry out temperature checks and ensure accurate delivery paperwork.
• Represent STEF Langdons professionally within the wider team.

What We Do

STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.

The Role

As an LGV Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operation moving. You’ll make deliveries and collections, visiting different customers and locations throughout your day. You’ll be responsible for driving safely, completing vehicle checks, loading and unloading, carrying out temperature checks and ensuring delivery paperwork is accurate and complete. You’ll need to be organised, flexible and comfortable working independently, while representing STEF Langdons professionally and being part of a wider team

What You’ll Need

• Valid LGV Cat C+E licence
• In-date Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of driver, food safety, and health & safety regulations
• Good communication, organisation and time-management skills
• A flexible, reliable approach and a commitment to safe working

Available Shift Patterns

• Monday to Thursday Days
• Tuesday to Friday Days
