Job summary

Hales Group Ltd are seeking HGV Drivers to join our client in Woodbridge. The role involves driving LGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicles across East Suffolk, operating bin-lift systems, and handling bulky waste with safety as a priority.

Shifts are Tue–Fri, 6:00am–4:45pm, 40 hours weekly, with potential extra days on Mon/Sat. Immediate start. Temporary ongoing for minimum 3 months with holiday pay and pension benefits through Hales Group.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card / Smart Card.
• LGV Class 2 (Category C Licence).
• Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Physically and medically fit to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicles across the East Suffolk area.
• Operate bin-lift mechanisms safely and efficiently.
• Load bulky waste and carry out special collections as required.
• Complete daily routes while following health and safety procedures.
