Job summary

LBS Roofing (Swansea) is seeking a Class 2 LGV Driver to join our busy Swansea-based team. The role focuses on local deliveries with regular daytime hours and no nights away, using a HIAB crane after training.

You’ll hold a valid LGV licence with Driver CPC, enjoy a stable daytime schedule, and benefit from a Profit Share Bonus Scheme, paid holidays, and staff discounts. Training will be provided where needed.

• Valid LGV driving licence and Driver CPC.
• HIAB experience desirable – training provided.
• Forklift experience desirable with training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and professionally to customers in the local area.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records.
• Safely load, secure and unload goods.
• Operate a vehicle-mounted HIAB crane following training.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Keep your vehicle clean and tidy.
• Support the branch and yard team when not out delivering.
• Follow all health & safety, driving and company procedures.

£28,960.10 + Profit Share Bonus | Monday-Friday Days | Local Deliveries | HIAB Training Provided We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused LGV Driver to join our busy and friendly team at LBS Roofing (Swansea). If you're an experienced LGV driver looking for local work, regular daytime hours and no nights away, we'd love to hear from you.

Don't have a HIAB qualification? That's not a problem – we're happy to provide HIAB training for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver products safely and professionally to customers in the local area.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records.
• Safely load, secure and unload goods.
• Operate a vehicle-mounted HIAB crane following training.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Keep your vehicle clean and tidy.
• Support the branch and yard team when not out making deliveries.
• Follow all health & safety, driving and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Valid LGV driving licence and Driver CPC.
• A safe, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Reliable and comfortable working as part of a wider branch team.
• HIAB experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
• Forklift experience is desirable, with training opportunities available.

Hours: 40.75 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.
