Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with circa 4-5 years post qualification experience.
• Prior Leveraged Finance experience is essential.
• Experience in advising on cross border matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions for sponsors and lenders.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and security documents.
• Manage transactions from inception to closing.
