Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a two-year Project Planning & Controls Apprenticeship within the Bid and Project Management Function. You will learn planning, scheduling, monitoring and controls while supporting project governance and reporting.

The programme blends on-the-job training with virtual modules, coaching, exams and mandatory Thales training. Successful apprentices may progress to Project Planner or Project Controller roles within Thales UK after completion.

Qualifications

• 2 A Levels grade C or above or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• Minimum five GCSEs (English and Maths) at grade 4-9.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules for assigned projects
• Contributing to project reports and attend associated reviews
• Assisting in the deployment & reporting of risk & opportunity management
• Helping the project team ensure correct and effective project governance is applied
• Operating Thales UK tools to ensure effective management of the project schedule, budgets, risks and opportunities
• Attend apprenticeship training modules, coaching calls and exams as part of the programme
