AstraZeneca will sponsor you through your Facilities Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship at the Macclesfield Campus with remote college learning from Capital City College. The apprenticeship combines working, earning a full‑time salary, with fully funded part‑time college learning (on average 1 day per week). You will gain a Facilities Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification and relevant work‑life skills while helping develop new medicines.
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades 9 to 4, including English and Maths. Minimum of 1 A level (32 UCAS points or equivalent at grade C) or predicted to achieve.
2‑year fixed‑term contract based at Macclesfield. Starting base salary of £24,570 + 11% benefits fund + bonus. We offer a relocation package for candidates who live more than 60 minutes from the site. This apprenticeship is fully funded and includes a 2‑year salary and part‑time college learning.

Assessment day: 9 March 2026.
Start date: 7 September 2026.
