Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire in Runcorn is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair our fleet, ensuring safety and legal compliance for customers who hire our vehicles.

You will join a small team of technicians, with access to internal IMI accredited training on hybrids and EVs, braking systems, electrics, and tail lift, supporting your career development while delivering high standards across a busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Level 3 Technician or Mechanic.
• Experience maintaining and repairing vehicles to safe, compliant standards.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-site shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair company vehicles to ensure safety and legality.
• Work on a variety of light commercial vehicles in a busy workshop.
• Undergo IMI accredited training for hybrids, EVs, braking systems and electrics.
