Neos Recruitment Ltd in Croydon is seeking an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a growing engineering and maintenance team in Croydon, South London. Youll perform servicing, maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable for operation.

The role involves fault finding, diagnostics and keeping vehicles and equipment in top condition, with a supportive team and clear safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance / Motor Vehicle Technology or equivalent.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Good understanding of vehicle systems and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and carrying out effective repairs.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and issues.
• Completing preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
• Working closely with colleagues and management to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Following company health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
