The Primary School are looking to take on a level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to work in the Early Years on a short term basis with the potential of the role being long term if you’re a suitable fit for the school and the role. You will be expected to work alongside the classroom teacher supporting them with setting up activities, getting involved with their learning through play as well as keeping the standards of personal hygiene by changing the children’s nappies. You will need to be able to work between the hours of 08:30 – 15:30.

The successful Teaching Assistant for this role will have:

• Minimum Level 3 CACHE / Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qaulification
• Have at least 6 months experience working with children in the last 5 years that can be referenced
• Excellent communication and patience skills
• Ability to feedback to classroom Techer and build a good relationship with both staff and pupils
