Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners across early years and key stage 1/2.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum in line with school policies.
• Plan and teach well-structured lessons following the school plans and schemes of work.
• Support and monitor progress and development of SEND pupils.
• Prepare and implement support plans for individual pupils.
• Foster a learning environment that develops pupils' potential.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and participate in safeguarding procedures.
