The School and Role

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to start a long‑term placement at an independent nursery in Chesterfield. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30‑5:30. The expectations of the school are:

• To be personable, caring, passionate and eager to help with development.

This nursery is Ofsted rated Good and is looking to achieve Outstanding in its next inspection. The nursery is looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, passionate and eager to make a difference.

Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 0‑5 and flexibility to work with all ages when required.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Hold a Level 3 Qualification in EYFS or higher.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Be adaptable, flexible, and punctual.
• Experience and confidence with the phonic programme Letters and Sounds and Jolly Phonics.
