Job summary

Justteachers are recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in South Warwickshire from September 2026. This is a full-time role ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in the classroom.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in a primary school setting (6+ months).
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs.
• Assist in planning and preparing learning resources and activities.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
