Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Sudbury, Suffolk. You will support children with additional needs through 1:1 and small-group work, working as part of a friendly school team to make a difference.

The role offers pay of £93-£105 per day (PAYE), full-time hours, pension contributions, free professional development, a dedicated consultant and access to our guaranteed pay scheme (subject to eligibility).

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare/TA qualification is essential.
• Minimum 6 months' recent school experience.
• Experience supporting children with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs.
• Deliver small-group interventions to aid learning.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support development.
