Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis with the potential to become permanent, working across primary schools in Birmingham to provide outstanding academic and pastoral support. You will plan interventions, support learning objectives, work with teachers, monitor progress, and promote positive behaviour.

A Level 3 TA qualification and strong communication with children and parents are essential, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents and colleagues.
• Proactive, resilient and collaborative professional.
• Proven experience working with children within an educational setting, ideally across Key Stages.

Responsibilities

• Learning Support: Plan and deliver small group interventions and high-quality support tailored to learning objectives.
• Classroom Partnership: Work with the class teacher to prepare learning environments and differentiate resources.
• Assessment & Feedback: Monitor progress and report to teachers and parents to accelerate learning.
• Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour and independence through proactive techniques.
