Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a dedicated SEND environment. The role focuses on supporting Autism, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs, with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation and consistent behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification required.
• Previous school-based TA experience preferred.
• Strong SEND experience is essential.
• Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs is desirable.
• Confident managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation.
• Caring, patient and consistent approach.
• Able to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
