Prospero Teaching is seeking a Level 3 Classroom Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Stratford, London (E15). The full-time role is temporary with an ASAP start and ends July 2027, with potential for extension depending on performance.

You will assist with planning, preparation and attend parents evenings as part of a supportive SLT environment.

JOB TITLE - Level 3 TA

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Level 3 Classroom Assistant for a Primary school in the Stratford area.

The school is a popular mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.

The position is open to both NQT's and experienced teachers. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location - Stratford, E15.
• Position - Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
• Type of work - Teaching Assistant - planning, preparation, parents evenings etc
• Contract or position start date - ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration - 2 terms until end of the academic year July 2027

• Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £100 per day
• Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year Classroom support experience in the UK
• CACHE Level 3 Qualification in Education/Support/Childcare
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
