Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• 2+ years working experience in nursery or childcare environment.
• Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and develop engaging learning opportunities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practice.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to nursery policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality.
• Keeping up to date development records and observations.
• Recording and monitoring accidents, incidents, and risk assessments.
• Attendance at staff meetings as arranged by the Manager.
