Job summary

Wellesley Park Primary School in Wellington, part of Blackdown Education Partnership, seeks a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for our growing nursery. You will contribute to a warm, inclusive setting for children 9 months to 4 years, with a focus on high-quality care and education and strong teamwork.

The role offers 37 hours per week, all-year-round, with part-time/term-time considered for the right candidate, and a salary on the Grade 14 scale (£26,016–£26,847) with an LGPS employer

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential).
• Passionate about delivering outstanding early years education and care.
• Can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can inspire, engage, and nurture children across the 9-month to 4-year age range.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and sharing best practice.
• Is dedicated to maintaining high standards and supporting every child to reach their potential.
