Busy Bees is opening a brand-new nursery in Banbury, inviting you to join as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. You will create a safe, stimulating environment and deliver EYFS-aligned activities that support children's growth.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
• Proven experience working with children under 5
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Deep understanding of child development

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment — Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities — Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Be a Key Person in a Child’s Journey — Take an active role in overseeing children’s development, addressing care needs, and building strong, trusting family connections to support their learning both at nursery and at home.
