Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and interest in early childhood education.
• Understanding of EYFS principles and safeguarding basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS and plan engaging experiences.
• Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver activities supporting physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
• Oversee children's development as Key Person and build strong family connections.
