Job summary

Busy Bees Thames Ditton is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture children's learning, development and well-being. You will create engaging, safe spaces following the Bee Curious curriculum, and work closely with families and colleagues to support each child’s unique journey.

The role requires a Level 3 (or higher) in Early Years Education, with experience of children under five and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
