The role emphasizes creating engaging learning spaces, supporting varied ages in a warm, eco-friendly environment, and collaborating with families to ensure each child thrives.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.
