Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English - essential.
• Over 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met and high standard of care and education is delivered.
• Observe, assess and plan stimulating early years activities to support development.
• Engage as a professional team member and be willing to develop new skills.
• Follow company policies, procedures, risk assessments and health and safety procedures.
