Stepping Stones Day Nursery, part of the Family First Group in Totton, is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, supportive team. You’ll plan engaging EYFS activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a nurturing environment where staff and children thrive.

The role offers flexibilty with 42 hours per week, a £30,510 annual salary, and a welcome bonus alongside generous childcare discounts. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Confident written and spoken English.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan fun, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
