Job summary

Footsteps Nursery Fradley, part of the Family First Group, is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive team in Alrewas. You’ll help children learn and grow in a safe, engaging EYFS setting and build trusted relationships with families.

We offer flexible hours (4 or 5 days or bank hours), generous holiday, a 75% childcare discount for your own children, funded DBS, uniform provided, on-site parking, and clear development paths toward senior roles.

Qualifications

• Confident written and spoken English.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
