Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for day-to-day part-time cover across Gloucestershire nurseries, including Dursley. The role involves supporting children across rooms and age groups, assisting daily routines and contributing to learning and development in a busy nursery setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare, with nursery experience and EYFS knowledge, and demonstrate flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm.

The settings provide a busy and engaging environment where children are supported throughout their early years development.

TeacherActive is looking to take on Level 3 Nursery Practitioners on a day-to-day part-time basis, working flexibly across the whole nursery and supporting different rooms and age groups depending on the needs of the setting. The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will be expected to support daily routines, activities, learning and development and the general running of the nursery, with responsibilities varying from day to day.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• Confidence working across different nursery rooms and age groups
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
