Banana Moon Day Nursery Limited in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or above) to join our friendly team. This role offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification to Level 3 or higher as defined by the DfE.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure within the child workforce sector.
• Paediatric 12-hour First Aid certificate.
• Relevant safeguarding training and qualifications.
• Prior nursery or early years setting experience.
• Experience as a key person in a nursery or EY setting.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and child development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with children and families.

Banana Moon Day Nursery in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and caring Early Years Educator to join our friendly and growing team on a Full-time basis. • A full and relevant early years qualification to a minimum of Level 3 or higher, as defined by the Department for Education on the Early Years Qualifications List.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure within the child workforce sector registered on the update service.
• Paediatric 12-hour First Aid certificate.
• Relevant safeguarding training and qualifications.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Previous experience as a key person in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and families.
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated to supporting children’s learning.
• Able to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment.
