Job summary

Link3 Recruitment are seeking Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistants to work across Bedworth and surrounding areas. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term opportunities in Nursery and PrimarySchool settings.

Ideal candidates will hold Level 3 in Early Years/Education, have prior nursery/primary experience, and be nurturing, adaptable and team-focused to support children's learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification relevant to Early Years/Education.
• Have previous experience working within Nursery or Primary School settings.
• Be nurturing, caring and passionate about supporting children's development.
• Have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to children's lives.
• Be confident supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents/carers.
• Be adaptable, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
