About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Northampton team from November 2026. You will contribute to delivering EYFS-aligned activities, observe children's progress, and support their social and emotional development in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

Qualifications
- Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or a related subject.
- Experience working with children in early years settings.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
- Observe and record children's learning and progress.
- Promote children's communication, creativity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the early years team.
