Job summary

Academics is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our temporary/full-time team in Gillingham, Kent. The role involves working across a variety of early years settings including day nurseries and primary-school nurseries, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Start date is ASAP. A fully enhanced DBS is required or applicants must be willing to apply for a new one. Transport access to travel between settings around Gillingham is preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification.
• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Enthusiastic, caring and passionate about supporting children's development.
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible and happy to work in both nursery and primary school nursery settings.
• Able to commit to Monday-Friday, full-time hours.
• Has a fully enhanced DBS, or is willing to apply and pay for a new one.
• Ideally drives, or has reliable access to public transport to travel to different settings around Gillingham and the surrounding areas.
