Job summary

Revive EY in Guildford is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join its warm, well established nursery. You will provide a safe, stimulating environment for children aged three months to five years, and help deliver activities in line with the EYFS.

The role offers either term-time-only or all-year-round working, with hours that fit around your availability. You will observe and record progress, build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, and support

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• A warm, patient and caring approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Supporting children’s individual learning and development.
• Completing observations and maintaining accurate records.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
• Supporting the wider nursery team throughout the day.
