Due to continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

Role Overview

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding early years provision. You will support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality care, learning, and teaching experiences following the EYFS framework
  • Plan, implement, and assess engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs
  • Act as a key person, ensuring effective tracking, observations, and communication with parents/carers
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold preschool policies and values
  • Promote safeguarding and follow all relevant procedures to ensure children's wellbeing
  • Contribute to the overall development and continuous improvement of the setting
Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
  • Experience working within an early years setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
  • Commitment to equality, inclusion, and high‑quality early education
Desirable
  • Paediatric First Aid certificate
  • Experience with learning journals or digital observation tools
  • Additional training in SEND, behaviour support, or speech and language
