Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to support learning in nurseries and school settings. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, nurture development, and monitor progress to ensure children thrive.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with ongoing guidance from a dedicated education consultant, plus safeguarding training and DBS checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised by the Department for Education).
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
• Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.
