Nurtured Childcare in Ecclesfield is hiring a Level 3 Early Years Educator to deliver engaging, child-centred learning and nurture each child’s development. You will build strong relationships with children and families while upholding safeguarding and EYFS standards.

The role offers a full-time, 40-hour week and a supportive, creative team culture. You’ll contribute ideas to make learning memorable and sustainable, helping children flourish every day.

Competenze

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Genuine passion for early childhood development.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
• Ability to adapt your practice to meet individual needs and interests.
• Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
• Ability to work full-time and be adaptable with start and finish times.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to provide two satisfactory references upon an offer of employment.
