Job summary

Realise Training is hiring an apprentice to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator at Little Treasures, Grays. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, working with a small team to provide care and education for nursery children.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade 3 or above is desirable.
• No formal software tools required beyond standard classroom practice.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily care routines including washing, changing and feeding.
• Support personal, social and emotional development of children.
• Engage in adult interaction with children in the nursery.
• Attend team meetings and share ideas with colleagues.
• Complete assignments and liaise with training provider to progress on the apprenticeship.
• Adhere to confidentiality and nursery policies as directed by the manager.
• Support all staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Attend additional training sessions, parent meetings, and events as required.
• Under supervision, provide high quality care while progressing in the Level 3 Apprenticeship.
