Job summary

Hamworthy Primary Federation seeks a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026, with potential extension. The role spans across the Federation (Nursery to Year 6) and is offered for 30 to 30.83 hours per week, term-time only, with start ASAP.

You will work under the guidance of the Class teacher, SENCO/Inclusion Leader and SLT to provide high-quality pupil support and contribute to an inclusive education across our federation.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young children in an educational setting.
• Commitment to inclusive education and high standards for all pupils.
• Ability to provide high-quality support and to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher, SENCO/Inclusion Leader and SLT in daily activities.
• Assist across the Federation (Nursery to Year 6) as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and pupil outcomes.
