Job summary

Oasis Academy Leesbrook in Oldham is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Extended Provision) to support teaching staff in the Aspire Centre. The position requires 3 GCSEs including English and Maths, plus a Level 3 TA qualification and classroom experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths.
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
• Experience of class supervision and assisting with lesson provision to achieve positive learning outcomes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to work with staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, both whole class and individual.Prepare resources to support learning activities and ensure student welfare.
