The Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a high achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with students in order to improve the quality of learning and foster the participation of students in the social and academic aspects of academy life.
The Learning Support teams consist of committed and professional teachers and teaching assistants with a variety of experience within and beyond the academy.
Archway Learning Trust, previously Bluecoat Academies Trust was formed in April 2014 as a result of the very long and successful history of Bluecoat Academy. The Trust now comprises of 13 schools with a further 2 primaries joining us toward the end of 2026.
The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that they are required to work with.
