Job summary

Bradfield Dungworth Primary School is seeking an excellent Key Stage 1/2 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming rural school. The role focuses on inclusive practice, supporting children with complex SEND needs, and delivering 1-to-1 assistance where required.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, flexible and a strong team player, with good IT skills to engage with pupils, parents and staff across the school and Trust community.

• Provide inclusive classroom support including 1-to-1 SEND assistance.

• Contribute to curriculum enrichment and community links.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, carers, governors, staff and the wider community.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the school and the Trust.
