About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 qualified) to work in a variety of nurseries across Lewisham and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced childcare professionals looking for flexible work through a supportive agency, or for those seeking their next permanent placement in a high‑quality nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and engage in fun, educational activities that promote child development.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with parents and carers.
  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
