Job summary

Early Years Academy is recruiting a qualified Nursery Practitioner for a busy Brislington day nursery in Bristol. You will deliver high-quality childcare and early education for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, supporting children’s development through EYFS-aligned activities in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The role requires a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, a solid understanding of EYFS, and excellent communication and teamwork.

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.

Previous nursery experience is desirable.
