Job summary

The Gym Group invites applications for a Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor to join our nationwide network of low-cost, 24/7 gyms. Representing one of the UK’s leading fitness brands, you will help members get the most from their workouts and participate in providing a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will conduct inductions, lead classes, and ensure cleanliness and safety on the gym floor while driving engagement and satisfaction among members.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor certification.
• Able to lead gym inductions and teach group classes.
• Clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inductions and gym tours.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on the gym floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness at all times.
• Teach classes and drive member engagement to enhance satisfaction.
