GLL is seeking a Level 2 Badminton Coach to work at Moss Side Leisure Centre in Manchester. The role is more than coaching; it’s a career with scope to progress within the leisure sector while delivering high-quality badminton sessions to diverse age groups.

You will deliver structured programmes, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service, aiming to grow participation and maintain a professional centre image.

Formación

• Coaching qualification at Level 2 is required.
• First Aid qualification is required.
• Experience coaching in a community setting is desirable.
• Strong focus on customer service and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a structured badminton programme with a focus on progression.
• Provide high-quality coaching sessions.
• Help grow programme participation and improve coaching standards.
• Be aware of pupils’ status, needs and abilities.
• Maintain a welcoming, helpful and professional image of the Centre.
• Set up equipment for sessions.
• Deliver first-class customer service.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Support wider centre activity and potential career progression within GLL.
