Job summary

Sunnycroft Residential Care Home in Southampton is seeking a dedicated apprentice to provide high-quality care to residents while training for a Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship.

You will work a rota across 7am–8pm shifts, earn £8.00 per hour, and complete a 15-month programme with on-the-job learning and formal training; enhanced DBS checks will be completed after offer.

Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship – Sunnycroft Residential Care Home

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our friendly team at Sunnycroft, providing high quality care and support.

Apprenticeship Overview

• Salary: £8.00 an hour, Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds
• Working Week: Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Friday and Sunday hours between 7am and 8pm
• Hours: on a Rota week1 and 3 - 36 hours week 2 and 4- 30 hours per week
• Duration: 15 months
• Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship standard qualification
