Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to support children across Manchester City Centre on a temporary basis. The role involves delivering EYFS-aligned activities, promoting positive behaviour, and creating a nurturing learning environment.

The successful candidate will have Level 2 or Level 3 EY qualification, at least 6 months nursery experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification
• Minimum of 6 months' experience working within a nursery setting
• Good knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with children
• A caring, enthusiastic and engaging approach to supporting children's development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
