Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Undertake local exhaust ventilation examination and testing and indoor air quality assessments.
  • Test emissions, review and approve assessments.
  • Collate and produce technical reports.
  • Visit sites designated by the client and address issues effectively.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
  • Deliver presentations to staff, company and contractors regarding occupational hygiene.
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with clients.

Our client is an established and successful national environmental consultancy. They are looking for an experienced and driven LEV Engineer based in and around the Swindon area. The ideal applicant will hold the P601 LEV testing certificate and will be experienced in carrying out local exhaust ventilation and air monitoring duties on a variety of site types. Applications from Chippenham, Cirencester, Newbury, Andover and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Hold the P601 LEV testing certificate.
  • Hands‑on experience in carrying out LEV testing on a varied site base.
  • Background in technical consultancy, Health & Safety, water and chemical sectors.
  • General Health & Safety certificate (e.g., NEBOSH) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient using the Microsoft Office package.
