Job summary

Rettie is seeking a Property Manager for our Edinburgh lettings team. You will be the principal contact for tenants and landlords, managing the end-to-end lettings process from finding tenants to day-to-day maintenance, and driving performance across your portfolio.

You should have ARLA qualification (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence, and a passion for excellent client service. This role is based in Edinburgh with a team-focused, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• ARLA qualification or equivalent required.
• Full clean UK driving licence essential.
• Detailed knowledge of the PRS and Edinburgh lettings market.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance and aim to retain clients while promoting growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and minimise voids and arrears.
• Manage lettings and administration end-to-end with support from a portfolio administrator.
• Oversee safety testing, referencing, inspections and tenancy administration.
