Job summary

Connells Group in Strood is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the Mann residential lettings team. You will provide excellent service to tenants while driving rental business and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• IT literacy with MS Office and email systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lets and progress lets to move-in.
